Which program should I choose, Ive been accepted to both. [#permalink] New post 11 Apr 2011, 13:15
Right now I'm currently enrolled in the MBA program at Texas A&M Commerce University which is a part of the Texas A&M school system. I am thinking about transferring to the University of North Texas to enroll in their Health Care Administration program because my MBA school doesn't offer Health Care as a minor. However if I stayed my degree would have Texas A&M on my MBA. I was wondering if I should go for the Texas A&M name on my degree or go for the Healthcare minor on my MBA degree.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks

I think this will be hard to judge by others. What do you want do after you receive your degree? Are you looking for a pharma/biotech job? Are you looking to work for a supply chain at P&G? It really depends on what you're looking for and what suits you best post-MBA.

Both schools are regionally strong in the area. Bakfed is right, your not gonna get a lot of feedback here. If you just want a minor then i wouldn't go. If you want to move into the healthcare industry a minor isnt going to help that much. I would stay at TAMU
