Go with someone who knows you best. Don't go with someone you have reservations about. Based on what you've written I'd go with option #2.

One thing to think about though -- you said your deadline is April 8. That doesn't leave you with very much time to get this together, especially since you're probably on spring break this week.

Before we advise you on which one, can you tell us who the other people writing your recommendations are? My gut reaction is to stay away from the academic references as you obviously have done well enough in college that admissions will not have any questions about your academic performance or potential. Harvard admissions is more interested in assessing your professional potential. However, balance is the key so with a bit more information we will be able to provide a better strategy.
