hey can someone please tell me that which section of GMAT has more weight than another. Quant or verbal????

please follow the link above.

both scores are eqaually weighted.
For 700 you need a total of 85-86 points (if to sum up Q+V individual scores).

50 in verbal is not the same percentile (=difficulty) as a 50 point in Quant.
