'A' for me.

'While' is used here for 'dissimilar' comparison and thus 'not' is required. However, 'not unlike' sort of creates a net positive effect but there is still a slight dissimilarity involved.
> Only Options 'A' and 'B' are possible.

Because we are comparing the 'courage' of Jackie and Rosa > Option 'A'.
