I would go with E.

While some propose X....others suggest Y. So I need a suggest to begin the underlined portion. So A and B are out. Among C,D and E, only E is the most parallel.

Following this reasoning, why isint C correct?
C says some propose....others suggest....and still others call.

Jai Hind, C is wrong because you reduce the software price to decrease the incentive for pirating....not for decreasing.

Can you please post the OA and OE...want to make sure I am not smoking something here.
