C for paralleism. I think "others are calling" in E is wrong

In E "and still others are calling" is not parallel

IMO C.
But OA E.
OE says about parallel structure. But in E how is some propose............others suggest and ..............still others calling are parallel?
I think others calling should be call.
Please help.

I picked E, then A....

IMV, BCD are out cause of "the reduction of software prices"
