Why only 14 GMAT club tests? (When website says 25 avail)

Hi,

I have three questions. Please reply when any of the moderators get a chance..

-> Even though GMAT club websites says that there are 25 Quant tests available, why I am seeing only 14 quant tests?

-> Did the club test owners change the scoring scale for their tests in recent years?

-> Finally, what is a good scaled score in GMAT club test? (definition for good is 47+ in real GMAT)
