Quant 46 and Verbal 31.
Work Ex:2.5 yrs

Can I aspire to be part of UNC or NCSU?
Can you please let me know if I can consider this GMAT score or retake it?
If not,can anybody hint me at the possible schools i can apply?(US or UK)

Thanks,
PV

What do you want to do with an MBA? as in what are your career goals and what is your work experience like? Without this info, it is very hard to judge your chances. Assuming you are from india, you better boost your GMAT up by 40-50 points to have a decent shot.

Prabhasana,

A 640 should be good enough to get you into NCSU. At UNC a 640 is competitive but if you are an Indian IT male then you will be at a disadvantage relative to other applicants in that demographic and will need to have some big compensating factors like a compelling personal story, strong leadership, etc.

Good luck,
