I'm going to apply for University of Maryland with my 710 GMAT score (TOEFL 114, cos I'm non-native), GPA 3.9 . Will I have to retake GMAT or is there any University to admit me?

What is the mean GMAT and GPA at Maryland?

I think you're well above on both ends...

A lot more will matter than just your GMAT score and GPA, but if you're already higher than the school's mean in those two areas it's a great start.

I am not an admissions counselor type but even those of us who are going through the process ourselves know your score is very good. Why just Maryland. U.S. news shows it as about 40 rank? You may want to focus more on the rest of your application and consider applying to a few others schools including at least one or two very top level programs. Most people here would, I am quite certain.

Thanks for your response.
I mean I'm going to get full scholarship? What about that? Can I get? Can you offer me uni to apply?

There is no score that will guarantee an admission, let alone scholarship, at any school. With a 710 you are competitive at almost any top US school (baring maybe the top 3 H/W/S). UMD is a good school and I believe you are above their average GMAT. As soon as you hit the average mark for any school, you should stop thinking about GMAT. Keep in mind a GMAT score will rarely get you in a school but can keep you out if it is low. So as long as you have a score above the average of the school you should be fine. I think only 3-4 US schools have an average GMAT score above 710 and maybe 1-2 above 720. So you can virtually apply to any school confidently.
