Will it still show on my report if I reschedule the test?

Hi there,

I'm scheduled to write my test next thursday, but I'm not sure if I'm gonna be ready by then. I've decided to study till next tuesday and do a mock test and let the result decide if I should write it or not..
I've read if you cancel your test after taking it, it'll still show on your report and schools that you apply to will still see that you attempted the test..

I was wondering if the same rule applies when you cancel or reschedule your test prior to the actual test day?

Please let me know,

Don't worry, if you reschedule in advance you won't have it reported on your results.

Your score matters, not the rescheduling of the date. One can take the GMAT any time (see this post about GMAT Test Dates (http://www.gmatpill.com/gmat-prep-about ... est-dates/), so scheduling will always be different for each candidate.

Thanks for the replies. It's just that when I logged into mba.com, I noticed that my history shows that I also booked the test a few months ago n cancelled (well before the test date)..so was thinking if schools get my full history, they'll also see all the cancellations, rescheds etc. no?

They will not see the reschedule. They will only see test day cancelations, which means if you cancel your score on test day, aka you canceled your score after taking the entire test (or partial) and decided that you blew it so you canceled your score instead of seeing it.

You have the freedom to move the test date around as much as you want ahead of time, as long as you are willing to incur the loss of $.
