(A) of less than three hundred thousand dollars and fewer (B) lower than three hundred thousand dollars and less (C) lesser than three hundred thousand dollars and fewer (D) fewer than three hundred thousand dollars and less (E) of fewer than three hundred thousand dollars and of fewer IMO A). B) "less" - at the end is meaningless for countable items. "less" used for uncountable. C) "lesser" - we cannot use "lesser" D) "fewer" - it cannot be used for uncountable items. E) same as D).

From A and C. I go with A coz in C "sales lesser than three hundred dollars" is awkward...comparing sales with dollars!!

Hi mates, IMO Afirst, "subscribers" must go with fewers, therefore B and D out. Then, "lesser" is not correct. C out. Now, between A and E, I'd with A. E sounds wordy to me OA and Source? Thanks

IMO A
Between A & C, A sounds more idiomatic.

I am confused between A and C. Anyone care to explain why not C? I am convinced why we can not use lesser in c?
