Dear Linda,
Wonder is there any school would accept students without a bachelor degree?
Your answer will be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
There are indeed schools that do not require an BA/BS. None come to mind in the US but some of the best schools in North America do not require the BA/BS.
Western Ontario:
"Special Admissions
Applicants that do not have an undergraduate degree are welcome to apply if they meet the following requirements:
Three university courses with at least a 'B' average
Minimum of seven years work experience
Three reference letters
GMAT
TOEFL (If applicable)"
York:
"Each year the School will consider applications from a small number of mature students who do not possess an undergraduate degree. To be considered, an applicant in this group must have at least eight years of high quality management experience and must have demonstrated a strong upward progression in his or her career. Additional information regarding the non-baccalaureate category may be obtained by writing or calling the Division of Student Services and International Relations (416) 736-5060 and requesting an appointment with the Admissions Officer."
Some schools have the power to grant degree waivers in exceptional circumstances. It is important to recognize that these waivers are the exception and not the rule.

As far as I know, for exceptional circumstances some schools will waive the bachelors requirement, but most require it. Hjort mentions some schools that don't.
Good luck!

The University of Washington TMMBA is one US school that expressly accepts some students who do not hold a BA/BS.
"I have not completed my undergraduate degree program/I did not go to college. Can I still apply?
Although a college background assists the Admissions Committee in evaluating an applicant’s potential to succeed in the program, it is only a part of the whole evaluation process. A lack of an undergraduate degree, or any college experience, should not hinder a potential student from applying provided he or she shows promise through their strong work history background, GMAT scores, recommendations, and interview performance."
Another option is to complete a BA/BS through a part-time degree completion program and then applying to MBA programs as a "normal" student.
