b) is not good for me, but d) is much more complicated

Option B is correct..
We'll have to use 'traders' instead of 'trader' because of the use of 'them' in the latter part of the sentence.
Also between B & D, B is a more concise and precise option.

look for the parallelism among the plural referent.

'them' in non-underlined part of the sentence requires 'experienced traders' as in B.
