Topic: Do you think it is better to work with other people or work alone? Use reason and examples to support your opinion.

Somebody think that working alone is fine to them. Others suppose that working with people is better. As an active person, I prefer the latter group so that working with people is better, at least, for me.

One reason is that working in a group brings you a lot of new information and practices in spite of pros and cons. You may find them familiar with the mind map to brainstorm and to acquire a groundbreaking idea. For instance, when the client asks an agency for a brand-new concept to advertise their product, one of the essential steps initially is brainstorming which requires a lot of efforts of all members of the creative and the account group to reach the most unique selling point. At the same time, you yourself can get some of senior members’ valuable experiences.

Working with other persons not only helps learn new things in a social way, but also ends up with a solution objectively in some way. To illustrate this point, let me take the example of an agency, since this working style depends on all members’ opinions, not excluding the client’s, it mostly comes to a result meeting the cilent’s brief and satifying everyone. In constrast to working alone, you may see your answer the best of all because of your one-side point of view or ego.

On the other hand, working on your own will take one hundred percent of your time while in a group you spend a half or even one-third of it only to complete your assigned task. It is easy to see that in a group of three students in preparation of a presentation. One is in charge of writing the opening and conclusion when another is resposible for the body and the left takes charge of designing the presentation. Less time consuming, more concentration you have.

It is clear that there are greater advantages of working with other people to provide because of the listed reasons above. Therefore, I love to be working in a group than all myself and I.
