More elegan solution:

Total work = 4 men * 5 days * 2 = 40 men * days
20 men * days is already done by 4 men, then 6 join
20 men * days / 10 men = 2 days

answer is 2
4 men take 5 days to complete 1/2 of the work
Therefore 10 men take x days to complete 1/2 of the work
4 * 5 * 1/2 = 10 * x * 1/2
x = 2 days
