Hi,
i just moved to US 1yr 4 months back immediately after my undergrad(electroncs engg).I have a work exp of more than 1yr in an electronics company in US now.My gpa from undergrade is 2.7 which is really low.Should i work few more years say in a more reputed Fortune 500 company to improve my work exp or should i do Masters from US first?.Which out of the two will help me in getting into a good college apart from a above average Gmat score.i am interested in UCLA,USC,UC berkley,Stanford.

Please see "MBA Admissions: Low GMAT or GPA."

I think your best bet is to work for at least two more years and progress well on the job, earn a strong GMAT, and also take several classes and earn A's in them. You want to be able to show that you know how to achieve in an academic environment.

Good luck!
