Worth buying Challenges now? [#permalink] New post 09 May 2008, 14:26
My D day is 5 weeks away. (18th June). Is it worth buying challenges now. I have done OG11 and Kaplan. Scoring well in PR Quant (50-51). I also purchased gmatfocus quant tests and have attempted two tests till now (both 49-51). However, I find myself struggling in MGMAT CAT quant. I still get most of the questions right in MGMAT, but I am unable to complete its quant section within time. It takes me forever to do 37 questions.

Oh yeah, you have plenty of time to benefit from the GMAT Club challenges. Have you tried the GMATPrep CATs yet? I personally have no experience with MGMAT but I hear that their quant is way harder than the real GMAT's.

yeah , on gmatprep i did 10 wrong last time. most of them silly mistakes. Still hit 49.
btw, I have heard challenges are also way harder than actual gmat. Then how does one benefit from challenges? After all, they do not reflect your expected performance on actual gmat.

GMAT Club challenges are a great way to train your patience and concentration so that you can turn that 49 into a 50 or 51.

You are very welcome, namurad. I'm not sure if GMAT Club accepts alternate forms of payment. It's been so long since I purchased my challenges and I just used my PayPal account. My suggestion to you would be to check out the Support forum and to try to contact one of the administrators for help.
