What prompts me to think about retaking
1)Being in the competitive Segment of Indian IT
2)GMAT Prep1 Score -770 , GMAT prep2 -760. Did 4 other tests from Kaplan Softwares - Got in the range of 660-720
3)A little imbalance in the GMAT score with V:37 and Q:50

A 720 is outstanding and you will get marginal return from any additional increase in score. I would focus my efforts on the application, which is where you will truly need to stand out. Frankly, adcoms are becoming increasingly expectant of a 700+ from your applicant pool, so now that you have achieved that, I would put my energy into differentiation with my personal story, and passion for my future plans.
