wrong undergrad school reported in my official score.. help!

Guys,

I just got my official score report.
Under the self reported information, it shows my undergraduate school as National University of singapore instead of my actual University (Nanyang University, also in Singapore ) ..I dont know if this was my error in keying in..or an error in the system..(dont think i chose the wrong school)

Is there any way I can get this rectified before my official scores are sent out to business schools ? ?
