@zirconium,
My Interview has been scheduled on 6th Mar. As you have already appeared for the interview , can I get some tips from you?

Hey,

Mine was very relaxed. It was with Andrew Toussaint and he confirmed upfront that its blind.

The questions were mostly targeted at getting to know me better.

The questions were:

How did to get you this point in your career? Why did you take the decisions you took?
Why MBA
Why Olin
Whats the difference between a good boss and a bad boss(from my own experience.. Not in general)
Hobbies/Interests

Then, I was given ample time to get my questions answered. It lasted exactly 30 mins as scheduled.

It was a great experience. Just relax. Don't panic! All the best! :)

I gave a pretty relaxed interview today with Andrew Toussaint and he confirmed that its blind.

The questions were:

Why MBA
What are your Short term and long term goals?
Why Olin?
How is your standard work day in general?
Hobbies/Interests

Pretty much standard questions..

Hi everyone,

I submitted my app on Jan 28. The deadline for the round 4 was Feb 15. I still havent heard about the interview. Till what date can I expect an invite? The round decision date is April 15.

Honest question, if you got Kellogg already is there really any amount of money Olin could throw at you to pick them?

@zirconium,
Extremely sorry for the late reply. Thankx for the tips. Almost all the Questions mentioned by you were asked by the interviewer. At the end of the interview she told me ," I think that you are very passionate about your job"....Is it a positive sign or interviewers use to talk like that?

you should choose olin. Wash U in general has an incredible reputation and the institution as a whole is on the up and up. Additionally, Olin's new business school will be done next spring and the new building is extremely impressive.

Hi, I have applied for Round 5 (yeah, I am way too late) 3 days ago.
Please explain: after I clicked on SUBMIT - I received an email that my application was received and that is it. I expected I would get another email with information about further steps (like an account where I can check the status of my application), but there is nothing. All I have is my login for applyyourself website, where I can see that my application was submitted and nothing else. Is it normal that I did not get anything or should I start worrying?

Yeah, that's normal. You can check your status on the ApplyYourself page where you were completing the application.

Who all is going to the admitted students weekend in April?

Yeah, I applied R1. The process was pretty quick for me, and I'm sure now that we're getting toward the end and they probably have less applications in R5 you shouldn't be waiting long.
