(x-5)(x-8) sqrt(19x-x^2-78) <= 0 and sqrt(19x-x^2-78) != 0

(1) 5 <= x <=8
(2) x!= 13 or 6
(3) 6 <= x <= 13

Intersection of the above sets= {x | 6 < x <=8} = (6, 8]
