x and y are 2-digt integers. What is the difference between two tens digit?
1). x-y=27
2). Units' digit of x minus the units' digit of y is greater than 3

Please tell me the simple method to pick the number in such DS problems.

Say x = 10c + d and y = 10m + n

From 1
10 (c -m) + (d – n) = 27
Possible values
(d-n) = 7 then (c-m) = 2
(d-n) = -3 then (c-m) = 3
Insufficient

From 2
(d-n) > 3
Does not provide any info of (c-m)
Insufficient

Together
10 (c -m) + (d – n) = 27
(d-n) > 3.
Only possible value (d-n) is 7. For all other values (d-n), (c-m) is not integer (which is not possible)
