By solving the inequality I also got B, but the changed to C, cuz y>0 includes fractions between zero and 1, meanwhile the stem says y and x are intengers. Wud appreciate your further comments.

x and y are +ve consecutive integers.

Stem already says that y is not a fraction, little confusing, but i understand.
