X is a 2-digit positive integer, what is the tens' digit of 2x?

1) The units' digit of 2x is 6
2) The units' digit of x is 3

Agree with E:
x=10*a+b => 2x=20*a+2b
From 1) 2b=6 => b=3;
From 2) b=3
so 1) equal 2) and give no info about ten's digit

Agree with E.
