X , Y , and Z are positive integers. Is X% of Y bigger than Y% of Z ?

1. X = Z
2. Z - Y = Y - X

show the working pls..... in detail

Question asks,

is (x*y)/100 > (y*z)/100 i.e is x>z

1) gives us the answer NO, thus sufficient

2) X = 2*Y - Z

Considering x,y,z are +ve numbers, X can be greater than Z or less than z

Thus not suff.
