$$X$$ , $$Y$$ , and $$Z$$ are positive integers. Is $$X%$$ of $$Y$$ bigger than $$Y%$$ of $$Z$$ ?

1. $$X = Z$$
2. $$Z - Y = Y - X$$

is (x*y)/100 > (y*z)/100 i.e is x>z

1) gives us the answer NO, thus sufficient

2) X = 2*Y - Z

Considering x,y,z are +ve numbers, X can be greater than Z or less than z

Thus not suff.
