I have a question related to job experience required. I want to apply for septembre 2014 full- time mba, but I complete 3 years of work experience in june 2014. Is there going to be a problem if I apply before the 3 year experience?

It's the quality of your work ex that counts. Candidates do apply and get in with < 3 years. In such cases, your undergrad GPA and extracurriculars are also looked at more closely than say a person with >3 years work ex.

If you want to enrich your portfolio to get a better job than what you are doing now then I would suggest you try executive education programme in one of the best b shcools in India. Whatever is your work experience, they count not the number of years you are working but the expertise you have earned from it.

There are certain business management courses which are specially designed for professionals who have a little bit of work experience in varied domains such as Insurance, Banking and Financial Services, Information Technology, Human Resource and so on. So, if you have experience in any one of the field and want to gain the required management skills to enhance your career then go for Post Graduate Programme for Executives (PGPEX) or Management Development Programme (MDP) from IIM C, one of the top business schools in India.
