So where to begin. I'll start by saying that my instructor with Veritas Prep, Ken Thapar, was awesome. If you're debating about enrolling in a GMAT prep program you might already know that the subjects covered in the GMAT are far ranging and can seem very complex for the average test taker. Speaking for myself, the math portion, also known as the quantitative portion would be the biggest hurdle, as it had been some time since I had taken any math in a classroom setting. I believe that teaching the math subjects can be very cumbersome for an instructor, as everyone in the class came in with different levels of understanding. That being said, Ken recognized that and took his time to start with the fundamentals and build up from there. He truly has the heart of a teacher.

Ravi is the man! I took the GMAT 10 years ago after undergrad for my first Master's Degree. Went off and joined the military and decided to get an MBA after the military. Unbeknownst to me, the GMAT was only good for 5 years, needless to say, needed to take it again. With being out of collegiate academics for nearly 10 years was a huge kick in the junk. Ravi got me back up to speed in 6 short weeks and ready again to tackle the GMAT once more. He helped me fine tune my strengths and do a complete 180 on my weaknesses. He really tried to break the concepts down Barney style so we all could understand the basics and build on that once comfortable. I would highly recommend him and Veritas Prep to anyone looking to dominate the GMAT. Well worth the time and investment. Thanks Veritas Prep!!

When I decided to take the GMAT, I was unsure if I should take a class or not. It's a lot of money for something I thought I could just get some books and study on my own. Having been out of an academic setting for 10 years now, I caved and finally signed up for the course. Was I glad I did. My first practice test before the class I was almost completely overwhelmed. The course really helped me not only refresh my verbal and math skills, but taught me how to think about the test and break it down into different kinds of questions that were being asked. It was extremely insightful and helpful and on my second practice test just halfway through the course I was already scoring much higher.

Andrew was an excellent teacher and not only broke down difficult problems to simpler parts, he was great at providing insight into how to take the test and time management skills. His class was very well put together and well worth the price.

I completed the Veritas Prep Course last weekend. I felt that the prep course was much more efficient and effective than self-studying. There are 12 lesson books. Each book is sectioned by Skill Builder, Lesson, and Homework. You'll get a lot of exercises during the class and after the class. I took Veritas prep course because it offers the longest classroom hours than other prep courses. I wish the class could be a little bit longer. The online modules also provides in-depth explanation for all the questions. I believe you can re-take the Veritas prep course for free within one year. I am planning to take the GMAT exam in the next 2 months.

First and foremost not only do I recommend Veritas prep, but I truly feel that specifically Ravi Sreerama is the best instructor that I have ever experienced (not just for GMAT, but entirely). He does a fantastic job of making the coursework less stressful, by adding cold truths, and bold explanations. I feel that if you do not utilize Ravi's expertise you will not be prepared for the GMAT. As in life I am sure most all information for GMAT preparation is relatively similar; however, the delivery is the most important aspect. And with that Ravi Sreerama = best in the business!

I really enjoyed my course. The books are complete and cover every single topic. The installations are great and the size of the group is ideal to have almost a personal tutoring.

And what I like the most of my Veritas prep course was the teacher. Ravi Sreerama really enjoys giving advice and a strategy on how to beat the GMAT. He explains in the best way possible so you know the root of each problem.

I haven't taken my test yet but I am getting better prepared. What is a fact is that taken this course has given me an edge strengthening the issues I needed help.

Veritas Prep is a through and complete GMAT prep course. The materials were easy to follow with a lot of resources to help you along the way. If you run into any problems you have online help, videos and your instructor to guide you.

The practice exams and quizzes are a great learning tool to see where you are with each lesson. Also, you can always review a section with On Demand lessons which is great because sometimes it helps to go over a section a couple of times.

My instructor was Ravi Sreerama who I recommend. He is passionate and really loves what he does. He takes a genuine interest in all of his students and teaches the class in an interactive manner and offers insights. All in all I highly recommend Veritas Prep.

I took a GMAT course with Veritas Prep because they have the most classroom hours and practice tests. I wanted to get the most bang for my buck, but the real value of the course was my instructor.

Meet Ravi, half man, half GMAT destroying machine. This guy is amazing. He teaches the class at a 99% or bust mentality and keeps the class engaged. He knows his material. He breaks down the question, solves it using different strategies and shows you the best approach.

He wants everyone to do well and it really shows. He is quick to respond to emails and he tells us what we should be doing everyday to improve on different sections. Now I have the tools and confidence I need to beat the GMAT. I still have to continue to study after the course, but now I know exactly what I need to focus on, and how to study. If you want to take a GMAT prep course, I highly suggest you take it with Ravi.

Veritas was not only accommodating and friendly, but experienced and knowledgeable. My instructor, Ravi, seemed perhaps overqualified, having both passed (with flying colors) the LSAT as well as the GMAT. Despite Ravi's wealth of knowledge, he always did well in presenting the material simply. He made sense of all the oddities and eccentricities of the GMAT. He never made you feel dumb for not understanding a concept; nor did he show any favoritism towards smarter students. He showed a true caring for everyone in the class, getting to know them not only as a student, but as a person. By doing so, Ravi gained my attention and helped my learning experience immensely.

The homework was never too much or too little, and I loved the ability to do it online. Having the answers explained clearly helped immensely. The skill builder quizzes helped me see where I needed more work (though I would've liked explanations/answers on them as well), and the practice tests, next to the official GMAC practice tests, were the best, most accurate practice tests I have experienced; getting 10 of them was a fantastic surprise and a awesome tool for both seeing progress as well as weaknesses and for future studying.

The location was great, as was the ability to only take a class once a week on weekend, a service not offered by many test prep companies. Veritas also goes out of their way to provide additional benefits such as AWA grading, live homework help 7 days a week, and classes on demand.

Overall, I'm beyond glad I chose Veritas over their competitors. My practice score has already increased from 540 to 600 thanks to my instructor; I have the utmost confidence I will do immensely better on the actual GMAT thanks to Ravi and Veritas Prep.

Veritas Prep is amazing! It was intense though. The 6 hour course was long and draining but Ravi was able to keep the energy up and everyone engaged. Be prepared to feel like you don't know anything. I feel like it was the point, one has to empty ones cup before it can be filled right?

Ravi is crazy sharp and won't miss an opportunity to crack a joke, but he knows his stuff. He helped work through the confusion that are GMAT questions.

Veritas' website offers a ton of resources that def. help. I recommend that if you decide to sign up, watch the videos and DO ALL THE HOMEWORK! Ravi doesn't teach a skills type class it's a strategy beatdown!
