I worked with Vocaz on my MBA application (got into Sloan). I found them to be very responsive and professional which is very important for an admission consultant. They have a very structured process that incorporates feedback from recent alumni of the top schools. I decided to work with them since they have expertise with engineering-background candidates, and they really did a great job helping me show that my background is relevant for business and to differentiate myself from other engineers.

The only issue with consulting companies is the high cost but it can usually be addressed by special programs/packages that they offer.

Overall I would highly recommend working with Vocaz.
