    In this scenario , order does not matter.

    So in this case:

    If any of the two men buy candy then the third one should not buy any candy – AND condition here , hence

    Probability is (.3) *( .3)*(1-.3)*3
    where the last 3 is total no of possible combinations ,not in any particular order.

    This equals
    .3*.3*.7*3=.189
