Round 1<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deadline: October 17, 2012<\/p>\n

Notification: December 19, 2012<\/p>\n

Round 2<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deadline: November 28, 2012<\/p>\n

Notification: February 20, 2013<\/p>\n

Round 3<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deadline: January 30, 2013<\/p>\n

Notification: April 3, 2013<\/p>\n

Round 4<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deadline: March 27, 2013<\/p>\n

Notification: April 24, 2013<\/p>\n

The essay questions are divided into three parts:<\/p>\n

Part I:\u00a0 Career Choice Essay (300 word maximum)<\/strong>
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

How would you characterize your career since college?
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

This is not your job description or complete history of your work since graduating (we already ask for that in the online portion and can see this on your resume).\u00a0 You need to choose the most important elements that show your initiative, contribution, leadership and results achieved.<\/p>\n

Part II:\u00a0 Career Goal Essay (400 word maximum)<\/strong>
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

Tell us about your short and long term career goals.
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Please show you have a clear direction for your goal post-MBA.\u00a0 Good essays will emphasize what an applicant wants to do while at Johnson and how you will use this experience to accomplish your goal.<\/p>\n

Part III:\u00a0 Character Essay (400 word maximum for chosen question), please choose one of the following to write about:<\/strong>
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

a.\u00a0You are the author for the book of Your Life Story.\u00a0 Please write the table of contents for the book.\u00a0 Note: Approach this essay with your unique style.\u00a0 We value creativity and authenticity.<\/em><\/p>\n

b.\u00a0Describe a situation taken from your personal or professional life where you failed and tell us what you learned.<\/em><\/p>\n

c.\u00a0What does diversity mean to you and how will you contribute to the diversity of our community at Johnson?<\/em><\/p>\n
