{"id":26432,"date":"2014-11-21T03:00:44","date_gmt":"2014-11-21T10:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gmatclub.com\/blog\/2014\/11\/which-mba-ranking-do-you-trust-the-most\/"},"modified":"2014-11-21T03:00:44","modified_gmt":"2014-11-21T10:00:44","slug":"which-mba-ranking-do-you-trust-the-most","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gmatclub.com\/blog\/which-mba-ranking-do-you-trust-the-most\/","title":{"rendered":"Which MBA Ranking Do You Trust the Most?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Although quantifying a school\u2019s profile certainly does not tell you everything, it can sometimes be helpful in simplifying the many differences between the various MBA programs.\u00a0<\/em><em>We recently surveyed a number of visitors to our site to get a feel for the concerns, plans, and mind-sets of this season\u2019s MBA applicants.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As part of our informal survey this year, we posed the question \u201cWhich business school ranking\/survey do you trust the most?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Given that\u00a0<em>Bloomberg Businessweek<\/em>\u00a0has long been considered by many the premier MBA ranking, we were quite surprised to see that only 5.1% of responders picked it as their most trusted source. Instead, a whopping <strong>46.1% indicated that they view the\u00a0<em>U.S. News &amp; World Report<\/em>\u00a0survey as the most trustworthy<\/strong>, while the\u00a0<em>Poets &amp; Quants\u00a0<\/em>aggregate received the next greatest percentage of the votes, with 33.3%.
