\"Read<\/a>Esmeralda Cardenal\u00a0has served on MBA admissions committees for over 10 years\u2014including as Admissions Director at Michigan State\u2019s MBA program. As Associate Director of Admissions at Yale SOM, she led the school\u2019s initiatives for women and underrepresented minorities, recruiting prospective students around the world and reviewing countless applications. Most recently, she has worked as a consultant for Cardiff Business School in the UK.<\/p>\n

After growing up in Nicaragua, she earned a scholarship to pursue her undergraduate degree in the US. She also holds an MBA from Michigan State.<\/p>\n
