The much anticipated <\/span>Poets & Quants<\/span><\/i> rankings<\/span><\/a> is out! Let's see how <\/span>P&Q <\/span><\/i>rates the top schools: <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Harvard's on top. As usual. Here's the <\/span>P&Q <\/span><\/i>position on this: \"No rival beats Harvard<\/a> in the formidable resources it brings to the game: more superstar professors than any other school, the diversity of its course offerings, the stellar quality of its students, the size and scope of its campus, and the career achievements of its alumni spread all over the world.\"\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 The M7 all take up the first 7 slots of the rankings. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Duke Fuqua<\/a> slipped out of the top 10 to 11th place this year. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Yale SOM make it to the top 10 for its first time ever (10th place) in <\/span>P&Q <\/span><\/i>rankings history.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"How<\/a>Note:<\/b>\u00a0Ranks for both The Financial Times<\/em> and The Economist<\/em> surveys are U.S. only, not the overall global ranks<\/span><\/p>\n

Poets & Quants <\/span><\/i>ranks the top U.S. MBA programs by combining the five most influential rankings and weighing them based on the \"soundness of their methodologies.\" \u00a0<\/span>U.S. News<\/span><\/i> is given the most weight at 35%, followed by <\/span>Forbes <\/span><\/i>(at 25%), <\/span>Financial Times <\/span><\/i>and <\/span>Businessweek<\/span><\/i> both at 15%, and <\/span>The Economist<\/span><\/i> at 10%.<\/span><\/p>\n
