But in recent experiments in which rhesus monkeys were\u00a0placed in crowded conditions, although there was an increase in instances of \u201ccoping\u201d\u00a0behavior\u2014such as submissive gestures and avoidance of dominant individuals\u2014attacks did\u00a0not become any more frequent. \u00a0Therefore it is not likely that, for any species of monkey,\u00a0crowding increases aggression as significantly as was seen in rats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Which of the\u00a0following, if true, most strengthens the argument?<\/strong><br \/>\nA. All the observed forms of coping behavior can be found among rhesus monkeys living in<br \/>\nuncrowded conditions.<br \/>\nB.
