Within a single application, you want to present <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.accepted.com\/2015\/08\/28\/7-signs-an-experience-belongs-in-your-application-essay-2\">varied experiences<\/a>. Minimize repetition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Chart Yourself. \u00a0<\/strong>If you have multiple essays\/personal statements to manage, consider making a chart and attributing certain experiences, <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.accepted.com\/2013\/06\/23\/what-is-an-accomplishment-2\">accomplishments<\/a>, and skills to certain questions so you don\u2019t end up using the same experience, accomplishment, or skill for more than one question at a given school.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. Portray Your Multi-Dimensional Self. \u00a0<\/strong>While composing multiple essays, keep in mind the different layers and textures of your personality. Try to present these layers in your essays so the adcoms receive a rich, multi-dimensional portrait of you as a human being.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. Double Check Your Name Dropping. \u00a0<\/strong>Check CAREFULLY (and then check again) to make sure that you don\u2019t forget to change an occurrence of \u201cWharton\u201d to \u201cRoss\u201d when you adapt your essay.
