Good news for MBA students and applicants \u2013 the <\/span>MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance<\/span><\/a> (a global association of business school career management offices and companies who hire MBA and Masters in Business students) reported last week an increase in on-campus recruiting for full-time positions. <\/span><\/p>\n

Results includes research on full-time MBAs, part-time MBA<\/a>s (but not EMBAs), Masters in Finance<\/a>, Masters in Technology, and other specialized Masters programs.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Learn<\/a><\/p>\n

A few highlights: <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 On-campus recruiting for full-time positions for full-time students is up slightly since last year \u2013 65% reported an increase this year (2015), compared to 64% the previous year (2014). <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 61% of full-time MBA programs reported an increase in full-time postings, down from 79% in 2014. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 46% saw an increase in on-campus recruiting for part-time students for full-time positions. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 64% reported an increase in full-time postings for part-time students. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 55% reported an increase in on-campus recruiting and full-time job postings for specialized Masters programs. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 The strongest increases in on-campus recruiting were seen in the technology and consulting industries. The largest decrease in recruiting was in the energy industry. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Full-time job postings for international MBA students decreased or remained the same this year compared to last \u2013 44% announced no changes, 38% announced decreases, and only 19% said there was an increase in this area. On campus recruiting for international students was up slightly.<\/span><\/p>\n
