Blatant arrogance conveyed by overusing <strong>&ldquo;I, me, my&rdquo; <\/strong>while ignoring &ldquo;we, our, us.&rdquo;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>9. Failure to explain significant <strong>gaps or vulnerabilities<\/strong> in your underlying candidacy.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>10.
