What to expect from the event format<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants who register and attend the event will be able to take\nadvantage of the successful and well-known One-to-One format. Upon registering\nonline, the academic background and career aspirations of every professional\nare assessed by experienced consultants. Each candidate is then individually\nmatched to the MBA programmes that fit their goals and receives a schedule of\ntheir personal meetings with business school representatives. One-to-One\nmeetings are an invaluable opportunity to talk to MBA admissions directors in\nperson and find out more about what these institutions have to offer in Canada\nand the US.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the day of the event, attendees can also benefit from an individual\nconsulting session with an Access MBA representative. If you have questions\nregarding your choice of programme, the admissions process or test preparation,\nyou will receive assistance and expert advice during the event. In addition,\nall participants are invited to attend the school presentation and GMAT\nworkshop organised in the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to save your spot<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before rushing off to the event, you first need\nto consider if you are the right candidate for an MBA programme in the US or\nCanada. Start by getting to know the most common admissions requirements in\nthose countries and ask yourself if you tick the necessary boxes. For example,\ndo you have a Bachelor\u2019s degree under your belt? Have you spent at least two or\nthree years working full-time in a relevant role? Are you fluent in English?\nKeep in mind that in most cases this is the bare minimum for gaining admission\nto a top business school. During One-to-One meetings and throughout the MBA\napplication process, admissions directors will be especially interested to find\nout your motivation for taking this important step in your life. It is normal\nto have some hesitations and questions in mind but make sure you are not\nattending the event just because you have nothing better to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To guarantee their event attendance, which is entirely free of charge,\ncandidates need to fill in the online registration form at least 10 days in\nadvance. Access MBA orientation experts carefully review each submitted profile\nand then get in touch over the phone or by email to get to know the preferences\nof attendees in more detail. Depending on this evaluation, the orientation team\nmay schedule One-to-One meetings with appropriate schools or invite candidates\non site for a more personalised consultation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
