Kravis donated $100 million to support the b-school's move to Manhattanville. The school will be naming one of its two new facilities to honor Kravis's generosity.<\/p>\n<p>In a message to the school (<a href=\"https:\/\/www7.gsb.columbia.edu\/alumni\/support-school\/campaign\/manhattanville\/kravis\" target=\"_blank\">published on the Columbia website<\/a>) Kravis credits his business success to his alma mater. He says that the school's move to Manhattanville won't just benefit the students and faculty, but the local small business owners in the area as well.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe're not just constructing a building, we're building a community of entrepreneurs,\u201d says Kravis. \u201cIf we don't get our education system right, we're going to be going backwards. I want to make sure this campus gets built.
