Hi csaluja,
The OA is flawed or the there is some typo in the question.
In the present state, it should be
\(\frac{(0.0004)(0.000005)}{200,000}=\frac{4*10^{-4}*5*10^{-6}}{20*10^4}=10^{-4-6-4}=10^{-14}\)

=>

\(\frac{(0.0004)(0.000005)}{200,000}\)
\(= \frac{{4*5*(0.0001)(0.000001)}}{{2*100,000}}\)
\(= \frac{(2*10^1*10^{-4}*10^{-6})}{(2*10^5)}\)
\(= \frac{(10^{-9})}{(10^{5})} = 10^{-14}\)

Therefore, the answer is B.
Answer: B

Using scientific notation, we have:

(4 x 10^-4)(5 x 10^-6)/(2 x 10^5)

(2 x 10^-4)(5 x 10^-6)/10^5

(10^1 x 10^-10)/10^5

10^-9/10^5 = 10^-14

Answer: B
