\(10^{10}*5^5*2^2\)

= \(10^{10}*5^2*5^3*2^2\)

= \(10^{10}*10^2*5^3\)

= \(10^{10}*10^2*5^3\)

= \(10^{12}*5^3\)

Hence, answer will be (C) \(10^{12}*5^3\)
