Hi

Straight method....
1/4 of 2/5 + 1/5 of 1/4 = 2/20 +1/20 =3/20....
A

Logically
if all fishes would have been only red and brown, answer would have been between 1/5 and 1/4.....
Here other colours are also present which are all females, so answer will be closer to lower end..

In any case , answer cannot be >1/4, so ONLY A and B are left
