Hi, I have been doing average job, my scores on 2 ETS and 1 GMAT Official exams are 690, 630 (ehh woke up in middle of sleep, took it in bed, no wonder i screwed that one up) and 710. I can manage most stuff but reading comprehensive is driving me crazy and if i can come up with real nice strategy to handle RC better, i can so score 700+ on Wednesday. Please give me suggestions that worked for you and i will try to implement and score better. btw my strategy is start reading, keep taking notes and when done reading think for 5-10 sec main ideas and paragraph as whole and then answer questions, still get sooooooooooo many of them wrong. Thanks in advance ppl.

I usually read the paragraph or skim it, write down main ideas, passage structure, tone and argument and attack the questions. Please go to the RC forum and read the stickies threads.

Few last minute tips from my side (they suite you):

1. Don't panic on test day. Try to be cool, calm and confident on all circumstances (irrespective of whether you think you are doing good or bad on test day).
2. Stay focused. RCs generally take focus away. Mark the answers confidently and move on (don't sit on one question)
3. Try to avoid the answers with extreme words until they are directly supported in the passage.

All the best!!!
