C. 63 inches.

Drop a perpendicular of AB to form a 45-45-90 triangle. The measure of the non-hypotenuse side will be 6 inches.

Definate C.
Consider the extreme left point of the base as X.Drop a prependicular on AB,lets say it meets AB at D.
Now AD = 6 because angle x = 45. and we get a45-45-90 right hand triangle.For four exual pieces XB=10 feet.And for the two pices in the XB half to be equal XA=DB=(120-6)/2 = 57
AB =AD+DB = 57+6 = 63 = 5 ft 3 inches

Hi, why XA=DB? where do you get this condition?
