In my mind I think I have the answers to the above questions quite clear. But wanted to be sure about the target B Schools .

Hi gurjeetss,

Thank you for your post. While you are on the older end of the admitted applicant spectrum, there is still an opportunity for you to be admitted to a regular, 2-year MBA program. That said, you have to make clear in your application why a second MBA makes sense for you after 10-years of work experience (it is difficult for us to provide detailed information on limited information). The longer you wait, the more difficult it will be to get an offer of admission, so I do recommend you apply for 2020 intake (the application year 2019-2020).
