Applying to business school R3 is not as dangerous as it has been in the past as schools have gotten much more sophisticated about managing their acceptances and yields. Also, schools are also using the wait list much more strategically every year -- meaning that they will put candidates that they are on the fence about on the wait list until they see their entire candidate pool. So, you should not be as nervous about applying in the last round.
Based on our experience (and to answer your question directly), the following schools seem to accept a larger number of students in R3 than others:
Wharton, Booth, Kellogg, Johnson, Ross, Darden and Anderson.
