$$\frac{4^{12} - 4^{11}}{64^3}$$
=$$\frac{4^{11}(4 - 1)}{(4^3)^3}$$
=$$\frac{4^{11}(3)}{4^9}$$
=$$3*4^{11-9}$$=$$3*4^2=48$$

$$\frac{4^{12}- 4^{11}}{64^3}$$

=$$\frac{4^{11}(4-1)}{4^{3*3}}$$

Clearly it is a integer , numerator is a multiple of 3 ==> only 48 from options is a multiple of 3
