A 5 %

easiest for me is to pick numbers.

if 2000 = population
thank 80 has military and supports war

this 80 is 80% of total peoplutaion supporting the war so # people supporting war = 100

100 is 5% of 2000

Got A by Plugin in the answers

Lets say the population is 100
Millitary Exp and Support war: 100*0.04=4
People with no Millitary Exp and that do not support war: (4+y)*0.2

If 5% of 100 support war then:
y=1
4+1=5 and .20(5)=1

if consider country population of 100 people

4 + x=y

y= supports the war
x=0.2y

so
4=0.8y, y=5

Guys IN THE COUNTRY with military experience & pro war = 0.04

20 % of guys support war but no militrary exp.
so 80% of pro war have military experience.

People support war = 0.04*100/0.8 = 5
