hi everyone,

i have been preparing rigourously for gmat exam scheduled on 20t oct, contemplating a 2 month study should be sufficient. i scored a 600 in my diagnostic gmatprep test.i was literally shocked when i saw the score of
560 (1st prac test,gmat prep,17 wrong q,12 wrong v).

i have only 4 weeks left for the exam.

all this after having gone through MGMAT series.

i feel the only way to push my score is to improve in quant.i'm unable to put in a strategy myself. i need THE STRATEGY ,as i desperately need a 700+ score.

looking upto all u guys for help.Any suggestions and tips are welcome

keep workin' @ it son. I'm in the same boat and it's one of those things that come with time, dedication, and patience. Trust in that.

what is your score breakdown? the "wrongs" dont really mean anything since it is dependent on the question difficulty and raw scores. use error logs as well.

As shaselai pointed out, the number of questions wrong matters less when compared to the difficulty level of the questions you got wrong. For instance, I got 11 questions wrong but had a 49 on Q in my GMAT Prep. So that means most of the questions I missed were higher level questions.

If you believe you can increase your score in Quantthen give a try to Kaplan's gmat math workbook, it is a good book and for tougher questions you can use gmatclub math tests.

Not the raw score, bhuvana. It should give you a scaled score. Out of 51. You might not be able to check it if you logged out.
