Can someone tell me why this turns to this, when getting rid of the denominators?
I'm not following why the variables are rewritten this way? Please explain.

Multiply both parts by $$b+2$$ --> $$-6(b-9)=5(b+2)$$ --> $$-6b+54=5b+10$$ --> $$11b=44$$ --> $$b=4$$.

Hope it's clear.
